  • Correct chemical composition of the molten metal
  • Over 90% of particles achieve a hardness of 40-50 HRc.
  • Over 80% of particles shall be as spherical as commercially possible.
  • Micro structure shall be uniform martensite.
  • Size distribution
  • Durability of the finished product
