Industrial Minerals (NZ) Ltd stocks a range of CLEMCO - ZERO Blast Cabinets.

From simple workshop models to large automated cabinets Industrial Minerals and Clemco are able to supply the right equipment for the job.

The two most popular models are:

INEX 3048

Economical blast cabinets for auto shops, maintenance and machine shops and light industrial applications.

The INEX 3048 eliminates the hazards of open blasting and features full length neoprene gloves.  The pedal activated blast gun eliminates moving parts from inside the cabinet.

A vacuum collector traps dust for safe disposal.  This model is made from 14 gauge steel and features a shatter resistant glass window to provide a distortion free view.  The INEX 3048 is supplied with a pressure regulator and gauge. 

 

BNP 65 – 300 DB   

The Professionals Choice. Clean, Peen, Deburr, or Finish. 

BNP blast cabinets deliver efficient, affordable blasting. 

The BNP 65 - 300 DB Suction Blast  Cabinet is supplied with the following:

  • 300cfm Dry Filter (75 sq ft). Single phase 220v, 0.37Kw, 50HZ   motor.

  • Full length Neoprene gloves that resist wear and protect the operator.

  • Ceiling mounted, two tube florescent light fixture.

  • Safety interlock doors.

  • Double wall, sound insulated doors.

  • Tilt out window for tool free glass changes.

  • Pressure regulator, gauge and switch all mounted within easy reach.

  • Built in, separate blow down gun.

BNP SUCTION GUN

The BNP Suction Blast Gun sets the industry standards for performance, versatility and durability. The pistol grip design reduces operator fatigue and increases productivity.  The BNP Suction Blast Gun may be fitted Tungsten, or Boron Carbide nozzles. 

The BNP Suction Blast Gun can be fitted with :

  • #3 (3/16”) Nozzle  requiring 15cfm at 80psi

  • #4 (1/4”)   Nozzle  requiring 21cfm at 80psi

  • #5 (5/16”) Nozzle  requiring 32cfm at 80psi

  • #6 (3/8) Wide Spray Nozzle  requiring 47cfm at 80psi
